Through using the observation law the diagnosis which carries on to the Changchun 30 middle schools physical education, the understanding at present in the middle school sports teaching interpersonal communication condition.In the research has determined the communication three essential factors. The investigation result indicated that, in the present middle school sports teaching, the interpersonal communication condition. Displays in: The communication situation favors "the individualism", the communication main body combination by "the teacher class and grade" primarily, which the teachers and students uses the communication method respectively has "the instructionality" and "the passivity" the characteristic, the union sports teaching is actual after three essential factors carries on the combination to obtain three basic communications models. Proposed after its good and bad points that, should the proportion which occupies in the realistic teaching process carry on the adjustment to three models, namely reduces "instruction complying with", the moderate increase "the instruction acceptance" the proportion, the positive expansion "is free" the proportion.In the research take links up the main body combination the change as the clue, divides into the sports teaching in interpersonal communication change process five basic steps. The investigation result indicated that, only has in the fourth stage (namely richly enters) the student to participate in the communication to be most active. Therefore, how in guaranteed the teacher essential instructs under the premise, enables in student's all positively to participation when class majority of time the communication is designs the teaching needs the key consideration the question.In the research discussed the communication strategy, and proposed one kind moves take the group as the unit, take the situation design as the core, take promotes between teachers' and students' communication as the master line teaching procedure frame.
