With the deepening reform of China's education,higher education has turned to connotative development,and improving the quality of education is the core task of higher education reform and development.Student evaluation of teaching is one of the important contents of the internal quality assurance system of colleges and universities,which plays an important role in the improvement of teaching in colleges and universities.The index system is simple and one-sided,and the validity of teaching evaluation is not high.Students pay less attention to the degree of participation;The reliability of the evaluation results is not high and the discrimination is not strong.The use of evaluation results for personnel management,neglect to improve teaching.To this end,this study proposes the process of students teaching,to reform the traditional way of students teaching.The purpose of teaching evaluation is to emphasize the reform of teaching and the learning and development of students.In the evaluation of teaching methods,the use of the network platform to timely evaluation of teaching,timely feedback;In terms of teaching evaluation index system,it pays attention to the combination of teaching process index and student achievement index.In terms of the application of teaching evaluation results,the function of personnel rewards and punishments should be weakened,and the developmental evaluation function should be strengthened.This paper summarizes the development status of teaching evaluation by students at home and abroad,explains the theoretical basis and concept definition related to the research,and analyzes and processes the data and data content obtained from the research with the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,interview survey and data statistical analysis.With reference to part of the comprehensive index system of student appraisal of teaching,screening and construct procedural student evaluation index system,the framework of dimensions and indicators at various levels,using third-party network platform formation and distribution of electronic questionnaires,and according to the teaching progress semester evaluation for many times,the teacher assessment results of recycling and timely feedback.In order to evaluate the effect of the teaching evaluation index system,the research selected several courses in A university for exploratory application research,and conducted face-to-face interviews with teachers and students who carried out teaching evaluation.Data obtained through the application research institute with the interview result analysis and summary,it is concluded that procedural student assessment index system of the advantage of appraisal way better than the traditional appraisal,can to teacher's teaching performance and the effect and the students' learning behavior,learning and teaching Suggestions for evaluation and feedback,and timely and effectively help teachers teaching improvement and the students' development;The disadvantages are that the content of some teaching evaluation questionnaires is too long,the frequency of teaching evaluation is relatively frequent,the individualized index for courses is insufficient,and the quantity of questionnaire collection cannot be guaranteed.According to the problems of process students' teaching evaluation reflected in the applied research,corresponding improvement strategies are proposed.In terms of the index system,the process students' teaching evaluation index system should be optimized to strengthen the personalized design of course teaching evaluation content and strengthen the setting of open questions.In terms of the implementation strategy,The Times of teaching evaluation should be timely adjusted to make the frequency of teaching evaluation more flexible,and the development and upgrading of the network platform of teaching evaluation should be strengthened to promote students to be more flexible and efficient in teaching evaluation.By summarizing the results of the applied research,the indicator system of process students' evaluation of teaching in colleges and universities is finally determined,and the implementation strategies of process students' evaluation of teaching,the application of the evaluation results and the problems needing attention in the implementation are put forward.
