The establishment of the three grade curriculum reform of new curriculum, the localcurriculum and school-based curriculum have the right to choose independently anddecision-making power is greater, the curriculum to diversified development. All typesof schools at all levels in the trend of combination of local characteristics, began toexplore the beneficial to physical and mental development of students and teachers’professional development, school-based education highlight the school characteristics.Chengdu new school identified educational ideas to promote all-round development ofschool to career education based on the comprehensive examination of local social andeconomic conditions, parents of students, circumstances, achieved a certain socialinfluence.This paper records the Chengdu hi tech new school career education school-basedcurriculum development process and the implementation scheme, based on the analysisof relevant literature, combined with the development of school-based curriculum, thecareer education school-based curriculum of research, this paper is divided into fourparts:The first part: introduction, introduces the topics of reason, research purpose andsignificance, defines the related concepts, literature review, and the train of thought andmethod of research.The second part: the development of school-based curriculum of new school careereducation of Chengdu city. In this part, the author through investigation, visit,investigation method from the organization, scenario analysis, target and developmentplan, the choice of content, curriculum implementation, curriculum evaluation of sixfacing the new school career education school-based curriculum development process indetail. The third part: summary of nine year school career education school-basedcurriculum development achievements, analyzes the development of career educationschool-based curriculum and the reasons for the problems.The fourth part: the evaluation system of teachers, school management, schoolbased curriculum development consistent system school career education developmentin the last nine years several aspects of the proposal.
