Information Technology has had a far-reaching impact on the society today, it not only increases the speed of social productive forces development, but also influences the social life style and the social structure, thereby it accelerates the step of accessing the information society. Information Literacy is one of the basic literacy that every citizen must have in the information society, the ability of collecting, analyzing, processing and using information is as important as traditional reading, writing and calculating knowledge and abilities, it is the basic requirement that training the new type person with ability in the information society. In this background, it is a trend for educational reform that applying the modern educational technology, which is the representation of information technology, in physics teaching, it is also the only way of education modernization. How to improve the teaching effective in physics, and how to improve the students'literacy, they are what the thesis try to find.There are five chapters in all, Chapter One is the introduction part, it shows the situation of the physics teaching in high school, the requirements of the New Curriculum Standard and the definition and understanding of the blended learning, at the end of this part, it introduces the advantages of the blended learning. Chapter Two gives several basic theories of blended learning. Chapter Three is the study of the application strategy of blended learning and demonstration research in high school physics teaching, in this part, it analyzes the teaching object of high school physics at first, and then advances several problems which should be noticed in blended learning, at last, it shows two examples of blended learning in high school physics teaching, and analyzes them according to the requirements of the New Curriculum Standard. Chapter Four analyzes the teaching effect of blended learning through the comparison and the questionnaire. Chapter Five gives the conclusion and prospect of blended learning in high school physics teaching.This thesis summarizes that using the blended learning conception to direct the high school physics curriculum reform can improve the learning effect, enrich the teaching methods and innovate the educational conception.
