With the rapid development of information technology,educational informatization has become a hot issue in the wave of informatization construction.The Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China has issued the "Education Informatization2.0 Action Plan",which provides guidance for our current education practice action-adhere to the development goal of "three full,two high,and one big",that is,teaching application covers all teachers,learning application covers all school-age students,digital campus construction covers all schools,and the information application level and information literacy of teachers and students are generally improved,It has built a large platform of "Internet plus education" and explored a new model of education governance in the information age.The new curriculum standard of information technology for junior high school,which was put forward in 2022,also put forward the basic idea of the new curriculum: improve students’ information literacy,create a good information environment,pay attention to all students,cultivate students’ problem-solving ability,and focus on communication and cooperation in the information technology curriculum.Mixed teaching has been paid more and more attention by educators all over the world.Its essence is to integrate the advantages of face-to-face classroom teaching and digital learning,and effectively combine all elements of learning according to learning objectives and learning conditions.Through the optimization of teaching resources,the integration of modern information technology and traditional teaching methods,and the diversification of evaluation methods,the complementarity of the two teaching methods can be achieved,and the optimization of learning objectives and learning effects can be achieved at a small cost.This provides a new idea for exploring how to better carry out information technology education in junior high school under the background of the new curriculum standards.Through a comprehensive study of the teaching model and teaching design concept of junior high school information technology curriculum,this thesis proposes a new model of junior high school information technology curriculum teaching design based on hybrid learning.This thesis introduces in detail the principles,methods and a series of implementation cases of the instructional design model of junior high school information technology curriculum based on the blended learning theory.At the same time,This thesis uses the method of action research,taking a teaching class of a middle school in Xi’an as an example,to carry out practice and data analysis on the junior high school information technology curriculum based on blended learning.According to the current situation of the junior high school information technology curriculum and the characteristics of students,according to the training requirements of the new curriculum standards,the digital autonomous collaborative learning environment of various network platforms is used in the curriculum teaching practice,its advantages and disadvantages are summarized,and combined with the actual situation,the model construction and application measures of the junior high school information technology curriculum teaching design based on the mixed learning theory are proposed.This new instructional design model provides new ideas for the instructional design and implementation of information technology courses in middle schools,and can provide reference for the development,instructional design and implementation of information technology courses in the future.The main research content and achievements of this article include a survey of the current situation of information technology curriculum teaching in junior high schools,a feasibility analysis of blended teaching,the construction of a teaching model for junior high school information technology curriculum based on blended teaching,the practice of this model,and the evaluation of the effectiveness of the constructed blended teaching model.Research has shown that adopting a blended learning model has a positive promoting effect on students’ learning.The completion effect of the work has been improved;Due to the abundant educational resources released by teachers and personalized learning methods,students have developed a strong interest in the course content;At the same time,through independent learning and group collaboration in the course,students can not only gain a deeper understanding of the basic knowledge and practical operating skills of computers,but also cultivate their independent exploration and team spirit,greatly enhancing their awareness of proactive learning.To sum up,this research helps to improve the teaching level of information technology courses in middle schools and promote the overall improvement of students’ information literacy.At the same time,it also provides direct case support and demonstration for the research on the teaching design and application process of information technology courses in junior high schools based on hybrid learning in the context of systematic exploration of new curriculum standards,and provides reference for the construction and implementation of hybrid teaching models of other basic courses,It has important theoretical significance and practical value.
