The leaning motive is the interior motivation for learning and keeping learning, which is essential for students to learn effectively and meaningfully for a long time, and which is also important for teachers to arouse the interest of students' learning and to train the full development of students 'physical quality in the physical teaching. This thesis deals with the theory of stimulating physical learning motives, and its aim is to seek some tactics to arouse students' learning motives. A term's practice and study with the purpose and plan, as well as the analysis of results, we found that it's significant for teachers to arouse the students' interest of physical learning so as to realize the teaching aims of physics and cultivate the full development of students.This article consists of four parts.Part 1 analyses the motive theory that presented by psychologists and educators at domestic and from abroad and elucidate the functions and importance of learning motives acting on the students' learning.Part 2 investigates and analyses the present situation of physical learning motives , proves the necessities of stimulating learning motives in the teaching practice.Combined with the motive theory, part 3 explores how to arouse students' learning motives from inside and outside in the teaching practice and seek the tactic to arouse students' physical learning.Part 4 summarizes and evaluates the results of practice and presents some questions in the course of practice and exploration at the same time.
