Cooperative learning is a system of teaching theory and a strategy that has been widelyadopted by many countries in the world. Generally speaking, this learning method, based on the interpersonal activities in the teaching, means that students work in the form of the small groups where the members are of different ability, and it puts emphasis on the exploration of human resources in the class teaching in the hope of stimulating the interests of the students,bettering their studies, and promoting the communication and relationship among students.Apart from those aspects, the cultivation of the students'cooperative ability and their suitability for society is also taken into consideration. In the viewpoint of psychology, the harmonious and effective cooperative learning will naturally result in the emergence of the students'good mood for study. Once this learning atmosphere is formed and carried on in the daily study, it is certain that the students will show more enthusiasm for study, and devote more time and energy to learning activities. Therefore, cooperative learning will make it easy for the formation of the students'all-round qualities.From the 1980s, the elementary and secondary educational circle in our country has showed great concern over the cooperative learning. Some experts and scholars also did a large quantity of research into it as well as many experiments. During the course of it, they experienced from transplantion to reform, reform then to creation, and indeed, got some illuminating achievement eventually. Nowadays, however, many conflicts still exist over the understanding of cooperative learning. Furthermore, much research has been restricted to theoretical operation, and there are not so much research dealing with the concrete ways of operation, the teaching model, and evaluation, especially in the physical teaching, which leads to inconvenience for carrying out the cooperative learning in the circle of the physical teaching. In this thesis, the author, having leaned theories from some theorists, intends to reform the class structure of the traditional physical teaching, to cultivate the students'consciousness of cooperation and competition by carrying out the theoretical and practical research on the cooperative learning. The formation of good psychological qualities, the ability of getting information from various channels, creative ability and new model of the relationship between teachers and students are all in the consideration of the thesis. And the author argues that the students should be paid more attention instead of the subject and the knowledge, and the students'all-round development is more important. In the physical teaching, the spirit of cooperation and the ability for creation get a higher position and the author would do utmost to make contribution to the realization of the quality-oriented education of all the students.This thesis is composed of five parts.The first part deals with cooperation in the main reason, the objective, learning and cooperation and research and study this issue.The second part is the doctrine, then learn from the cooperation of the content, type, the main features and theoretical basis, both domestic and international cooperation in this mode of study on the basis of the cooperation of learning strategy.The third part is mainly based on cooperation in the implementation of the study found that the cooperation of the problems and causes of the analysis.The fourth part of the teachers and students from the preparation, before the implementation of the preparation, implementation of operational guidance, and cooperation of the scientific study of four, and cooperation in solving the problem of learning to implement effective teaching strategies.The fifth part is the practice and research and the purpose of this article for the cooperation of the study of application in practice, the actual inspection in the teaching of the feasibility of co-operation, through a period of time studying the implementation of the questionnaire survey, conducted on experimental class concluded that the teaching reform experiment have to train students to study physics interest was a great help to improve the overall academic performance, the effect is significant. for the cooperation of learning more maneuverability, the author still in two separate.
