This paper makes every effort to search for a set of teaching models and implementation strategy and so on, which are fit for physics teaching in middle school on the basis of discussing the inquired teaching theory. The main realization is to make the students inquire into study on their own initiative, improve their abilities of inquisition and creation.It can be divided into five parts:The forward part: the background of the new class standard's Implementation, the question proposed and the present situation of teaching research in both domestic and abroad.The second part is inquired teaching and the new curriculum of physics, Including the scientific inquisition, the meanings of inquired study and inquired study in new physics curriculumThe third part is the rationale of scientific inquired teaching. It expounds the theory of construction ism study, develops the scientific research of psychology about the students' study on physics and the significative study theory and the principle part teaching theory of Austria Soviet.The fourth part is the study of physics inquired teaching under the new curriculum in middle school. It includes the training aim, the teaching model, and the basic request, the implementation step and strategy, the estimation pattern of physics inquired teaching in middle school.The fifth part is the practical study of physics scientific inquired teaching in middle school. After almost three years practical exploration, the experts do a comparison between the experimental class and the common class, by educational statistics and analysis, they discovered that there's obvious difference between the two classes. This shows that the scientific inquired teaching is very effective to the development of students' abilities of studying by themselves, thinking and imagination, analyzing and solving problems as well as practice.
