Against the background of New Curricula, from the field of philosophical vision, the angle of methodology and the concrete operations, to walk out of the mistaken ideas of academic researches, to teach and learn reading methods, to cultivate reading skills and to probe into reading strategies are valuable subjects in the development of Chinese teachers' specialization.From the level of philosophy, Chinese reading skills and the reading perceptual realization are in harmony. Scientific reading skills are helpful to improve the reading perceptual realization and the profound perceptual realization is also helpful to develop Chinese reading skills. The alliance between Chinese readings and the philosophical thoughts is helpful to solve the problems about endless debates over reading skills. For example, in the craze to pursue the percentage of students entering higher school, the training of Chinese reading skills has been caught in the exercises-stuffed teaching method, overlooking the property of Chinese in essence, and leading to the lack of humanism. Take a second example, some people have overcorrected "drills". They use the nature of humanism in Chinese to emasculate its skills.Chinese reading not only should possess common reading skills but also professional reading skills of Chinese expressions and Chinese versions. Common reading skills include intensive reading, evaluative reading, browsing, skimming, silent reading, fast reading, questionable reading and consultative reading, etc. Common reading skills are developed by the strategies of informational sifting, informational summarization, informational inference, as well as comparative reading, conversa'tional reading, and whole reading. Professional Chinese reading skills include: loud reading, chanting, recitation, perceptual reading, appreciating reading, reading while writing, etc. In Chinese reading, professional reading skills can be developed by accumulating language sense, by recalling the emotions and by guiding aesthetic appreciation.Chinese reading should have the consciousness of writing style. Difference of writing style brings different reading skills and different reading strategies. The style of composition hasn't been restricted in examination. That means the freedom in style selection in composition. It doesn't say to weaken consciousness of writing style. In the junior Chinese books of jiangsu education press, the reading skills training in writing style should be strengthened. It is important to use the strategies of pragmatic, aesthetics appreciation, imagination in the reading of writing style.Chinese reading skills should be evaluated in the three-dimensional goals system of "Chinese curriculum". We should consider the following principles: the whole of language context, the creativity of reading ideas, the choice of reading technique, the importance of gathering information, the initiative of reading operation and the reading effectiveness, etc. Different reading skills have their corresponding emphases on evaluation, including accumulation, retelling, summarization, language sense, appreciation and comments, etc. Based ourselves upon human's lifelong development, and in view of the attribute of Chinese curriculum, we should develop reading skills by reading a great deal and develop reading strategies by applying reading skills. Only by transcending impressive reading, can we realize the goal of scientific Chinese reading so that Chinese humanism and instrumental function can be in harmony.
