Learning motivation is an important concept in educational psychology. It is also an important proposition in vocational education research. It is an element which can directly promote students to learn. It plays a role to direct and drive students' learning.It is a core in learning course. However, most scholars care about learning motivation of graduates, high- school students and pupils. But the students in vocational school are ignored. Considering the reality that for secondary school students, there is no inner force in English learning, and the difference to realize the goal to stuff education. Firstly, this paper investigates the present condition of the subject and object effects on students' learning motivation. Analyse and research by correlated theory. Then in class-teaching, the major way of t'eaching , the paper sets three strategies on how to stimulate and develop leaning motivation. Firstly, optimize the construction of learning content. Process and organize teaching content to inspire the students' original sense on the basis of the three assimilating modes of original-new knowledge. Secondly, set up question circumstance . In this part the paper deifies the meaning of question circumstance and the difference from learning circumstance as well .In addition, it carries out ways and measures on how to set up question circumstance. Lastly, apply affection elements, referring to power of understanding, into the process of teaching in order to improve the learning motivation in English.This thesis is composed of six chapters covering the following details:Chapter 1.A general introduction which clarifies my research background and significance and relates some important concepts as well as the current situation of related researchers mentioned in my thesis .Chapter 1 is served as a base for my future argument in the main body.Chapter 2 .Talk about survey on the current situation about English learning motivation of secondary vocational school students .
