A Study On The Subsidization Program For Students In Need In High Learning Institutes In The Context Of College Expansion Or Massification

To improve and perfect the policy and system of subsidizing those students in need is a key act to advance the education science and science enterprise in the new era of our country. Providing financial aids to the poor college students, making them continue their college life, is a crucial and latest task in student administration faced by every college and university. The thesis, adopt the tactics that the theoretical research combines with positive research and based on the idea that citizens hold the rights to receive higher education according to law, man power capital investment, costs sharing of higher education theory, co-build harmonious society and take care of poor citizens, make a deep and systematic study on the poor students subsidization in high leaming institutes. It mainly explains the background information of poor students' subsidization research status quo and the correlative files, then make an outline of the research method, characteristics and theory base.Second part, the thesis makes an analysis of the current situation of poor college students and the subsidization program, discusses the causes that make the problem tougher, presents the significance of poor students subsidization research, at last, makes a review of the history and system of poor college students subsidization program in our country.Third part, the paper makes an investigation of the status quo of poor students subsidization in Hunan Normal University by the methods of files consulting, questionnaire inquiring, interview collecting. With thus information, the paper analyzes current situation and cause of poor students in need, outlines the poor students' subsidization system and its implement, and summarizes the achievement and difficulty in subsidization program.The fourth part, based on the poor college subsidization program analysis in the previous parts, then, the paper makes a rational reflection to the subsidization program and correlated questions.
