Interference Situation And Countermeasure Research Of Injury Accidents Occurred In Kindergarten

Infants are such group of people who need special protection and care because of immaturity in body and mind. In the recent years, kindergartens and all circles of society attach great importance to injury accidents occurred in kindergartens and take various measures to interfere such accidents. However, injury accidents that endanger life and health of tender, weak infants are not reduced though all kinds of interference systems and measures have been built up, and more and more accidents happened on the contrary, which reflects lower level of inference to injury accidents occurred in kindergarten of our city at present.Investigation and research in the dissertation are from two aspects: on the one hand, typical injury cases with greater influence that are worthy of research have been discussed in the paper to classify and analyze the relevant direct and indirect reasons in order to discover problems and deficiency of existing interference situation; on the other hand, interview discussion with heads of kindergartens and questionnaires to teachers are also taken in the paper. Although the two investigations are from different aspects, first hand materials of interference situation to injury accidents can be gotten by discussing the situation of interference with statistics and analysis of data.On the basis of investigation of actuality, the paper discusses the reasons of forming thepresent situation of accident interference from three aspects-- society, family andkindergarten-- respectively, consequently, improvements and perfection strategies withpertinence have been brought forward, which include three stages: prevention before accident, control in the course of accident, treatments after accident. The three stage cover the whole process of accident interference and concrete interference measures are also put forward from three sides—system, routine safety management and safety education. Furthermore, special suggestion, involving cooperation between accident interference with society and families and how to carry out psychological interference, are made.On the same time of theoretical research, practice made in many kindergartens gains satisfied effects. The writer hopes that ability and level of interference to injury accidents occurred in kindergartens can be enhanced and upgraded though the research of the paper, which could take effect to safety of kindergarten as reference.
