In recent years,with the increase of education reform,the society demands higher and more high for teachers,teachers,professional pressure is growing.Teacher occupational stress is a complex and dynamic problem,which has not been effectively responded.What is the current situation of primary school teachers' occupational stress?What are the factors influencing the occupational stress of primary school teachers?How to relieve the occupational stress of primary school teachers?To discuss and solve the above problems,to provide constructive advice to the education management departments to prevent and eliminate the occupational stressors of primary school teachers and to establish a sound management system,and to promote the physical and mental health of primary school teachers and the long-term development of educational undertakings has practical significance.This research tries to take the pressure theory,the pressure coping theory as the guidance,the teaching staff in a primary school of Yanji City as the research object,use the literature analysis method,the questionnaire survey method,the field interview method and so on research method,mainly studies the following contents:(1)The current situation of occupational stress of primary school teachers;(2)The difference between occupational stress and pressure response of different groups;(3)The correlation between occupational stress,pressure response and influencing factors in primary school teachers;(4)Analysis of occupational stress of primary school teachers;(5)Research on the occupational stress of primary school teachers.Through the study,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)There is a widespread occupational stress in the school teachers.There are pressures on workload,student factors,school management;career development,education and teaching reform,especially in workload,non-teaching affairs,job title evaluation,competition among teachers,the pressure of the classroom teaching mode reform is great;(2)There are significant differences in workload,school management,interpersonal relationship and career development in different age groups;There are significant differences in school management among different professional titles groups;There are significant differences in career development among different academic groups;There are significant differences in all dimensions of occupational stress among different disciplines groups;Thereare significant differences in the workload,student factors,interpersonal relations,career development between the class teacher group and the non-class teacher group;There are significant differences in professional development and school management in different position groups.(3)The workload of occupational stress directly affects the psychological reaction and behavioral response of stress,interpersonal relationship has some influence on the behavioral reaction of stress;individual regulation mechanism can also have a certain effect on behavioral reactions;(4)Teachers' professional knowledge and competence have an impact on the stress of teachers' workload and student management;The teacher's personality traits play a certain role in the pressure of career development and educational reform;School support has an impact on teachers' career development and school management;individual adjustment mechanisms directly affect the workload and interpersonal relationships of teachers.The causes of teachers' occupational stress have insufficient professional knowledge and competence,defects of personality traits,imperfect personal adjustment mechanism and insufficient support in schools.According to the results put forward the following Suggestions:(1)Attach importance to the prevention and elimination of teachers occupational stress sources;(2)To face pressure with a healthy mindset and fully mobilize the individual regulation mechanism;(3)Set reasonable work goals,improve their own quality and professionalism.
