In order tOprovide preference tO moral education cwriculum in our coUnap thedissertaion uses investigaion and theoretical analysis tO inquire thepresnd situation of ideological moral character course and offerS thecountermeasures to haPrve it.The distwiOn contains five pats. The first part is Preface. Inthis part, we anatw in detail the aim, meaning and presen sitwionof ideological mora character course. The second part is the train ofthough and mwhod of research. ms part is divided into four SUb-partS 'The first is selection of objects of researCh. We choose 370PrAnary studentS from grade tbree and grade five and 74 teachers,educational magistrates who come from four areas including Jinan,Bileru,YMin coUnty and a tQwn of Yangxin. The second is thecontents of investigaion. According tO analySis about cutriculum,moral eduCation cdriculuIn, SUbee matter and the nta. of thiscourse, fl1e conents of inveshgation are dhiided into seven indexes.Thcy are effeet,aim, coflten, subjeCt mther, teadsng staff methods ofteaching and test. The third is the means of researeh. It includes twOforms which are teachers inveStigation papes and studentsinveStigaion papers. The fourth is teSt imPlementation. Questhaaire isthe main way in this research, assisted by talkin, visiting, andlistening lessons and so on. The third pat is the result ofinvestigaion. We draw a conclusion that the statuS quo of Ans courseis becoming better than befOre, bu many problems sti1l exist.l Theinfluence of course is weak to students, moral behaViour.2 The aimsof course is higher than students presen level. 3 There are no testbooks of 1ocal characteristics. 4 The reality of contens is not enough.5 Ped-time teachers are too many6 Indoctrnaion is the main teachingmethod. 7 The teSt is limited only about studens moral boWledge.There is no scientific evalUaion syStem abOll the moral feeling andmoral behavior of students. The fouwh part is analysis and discussionof the reason of problems.
