The Correctional Education with Chinese characteristics is an integral part of socialist education system. So far since the 1950s founded, it has experienced 50 years of history, as a necessary complement to general education, it has played an extremely important role on its stability general schools daily education, teaching order, and optimize the education environment in schools, it has also made special contributions to juvenile delinquency prevention and control of the comprehensive management of public security.I am now an English teacher of Grade Nine in a reform school in Shanghai. Prior to teaching and management in the school in the previous year, I have around ten years of teaching experience of ordinary schools. Both experience contrast enabled me to present my work-study education problems on the Correctional Education in our country in a more understanding. To enable readers to have a better understanding on the students management problems in the reform school, Making full use of frontline teachers' convenience, around students management problems, I have made a deep participatory research ,a lot of investigations and evidence and analysis some cases into the education teaching and management of the school, Survey shows: The Correctional Education positioning vague, school funding tensions, the legal basis for deficiencies, the development direction vacillating and sector recruits crisis, the lower quality of the teaching and administrative staff, social discrimination and misunderstanding of the parents led to the students management problems in the school exist. On the nationwide situation, development in different parts of schools is very uneven, with the management problems of students and to different degrees.In view of this, I zone students education, case management in K secondary J district in Shanghai for the status quo, questioning the government's education policy and inadequate missing, Revealed the school students and teachers to the education and management shortcomings in the education of students, teaching process problems. To provide some administrative measures of sustainable development for the students management of the reform school by feasibility studies in order to get better social benefits of education.In the first chapter of this thesis, the author begun her paper with sprouting motive for writing by participating in the correctional education, then, leading to the background of the writing, the significance of the study and describes the research ideas and methods, finally, definite the concepts involved here.
