Today’s society, knowledge and economy are in rapid development, to produce more social type talented person, we must let the students learn a good basic education; The course is an important approach to realize the goal of education, so education reform will ultimately fall on the curriculum reform.Since the1960s, countries around the world have to vary degrees of their curriculum reform. Our country enacted in2001, the new national curriculum standard, then, basic education curriculum reform were launched in38experimental areas, and a sudden spread to the country has been more than ten years of time. In the English curriculum standard "(hereinafter referred to as the" standard "), under the guidance of English curriculum reform in widely around the school. In terms of junior high school in Liaoning province, the original teaching English foundation is good, but regional and uneven section between teaching.... Based on this kind of situation, whether can better adapt to the requirement of "standard", was the Liaoning education administrative departments at all levels, the general English educators issues of concern. Ten years is the foundation of education a rebirth, also is the foundation education course reform of a cycle. Is there any progress on the junior high school English curriculum reform? What problem is? Go back, review its gain and loss, junior middle school English teaching has special important significance for the future. Based on the above thinking, the author of the present situation of the elementary education junior middle school English curriculum reform in Liaoning, in fully affirmed the reform results obtained at the same time, the key to find the problems existing in the English curriculum implementation process, and based on this puts forward solving Suggestions, in order to deepen the implementation of English curriculum reform in the future to provide some enlightenment..This article is divided into four chapters:the first chapter is introduction, briefly introduced the thesis research origin and research purposes, and analyzes the significance of the study and methods. The second chapter presents the theoretical basis for the new curriculum reform. On the background of our country elementary education curriculum reform is a brief overview, and specify why the overall goal of the new curriculum reform, curriculum reform, the overall goal of junior middle school English curriculum reform, as well as the specific requirements of the new "standard":namely the nature of the English curriculum and the teaching goal of the school, English teaching, English curriculum resources development and utilization, English curriculum evaluation system, etc. This is the basis of questionnaire design in this paper. The third chapter present situation investigation. Certain subjects, a key school teachers in Liaoning and ordinary school teachers as investigation object, the content of the curriculum reform in the second chapter mentioned on the questionnaire survey, through data and charts, the analysis of Liaoning10years English curriculum reform the achievements obtained and existing problems. According to the analysis of the reform in the previous chapter, refined curriculum reform proposals, provided the supporting environment, enhance teachers’reading, such as the ability of operating course corresponding suggestion, in order to offer reference for the curriculum reform in the future.
