Practice Research Into Work Ethics Of Middle Vocational School Student

Along with the speedy development of social economy, the requirement for the labor force in various industries has also grown higher and higher. And the vocational education has met another booming season. How to enrich the graduates with excellent work ethics and make them popular with the employers has become critical realistic consideration of every vocational educator.Currently, every industry has promoted its work ethics requirements for the employees. Thus, the ability to provide qualified students with excellent work ethics becomes the key to the ratio of employment of the schools, and the key to the survival competitive power of the schools.The article understands the mentality status of the students, their favorite activities and their living conditions by questionnaires. With the deep analysis to this first-hand information, this article tries to discuss with clear objectives the methods to enhance the habit cultivating of work ethics of the students.Through the education practices of the school in which the author is working, this article discusses the effective modes of the work ethics nurturance for the students in Middle Vocational Schools. The article studies the effective methods to train the students in work ethics, and to cultivate the good habits by ways of strengthening, absorbing, and exhibiting, based on the current performance.
