Social adaptation is being paid more and more attention to by education. Helping children or teen-ages adjust to society and promoting to gain development better has became the basic responsibility to the education and society. Unfortunately, at present, one hand family education in our country are always not able to solve the problems of adaptation of society because parents often attach importance to raise their children but ignore how to teach them; the other hand, school education spend their main vigor to develop juveniles' intelligence and improve their scores in order to deal with the exam of students' entering schools of a higher grade. Just like family education, they also ignore training and teaching the students' behavior of adaptation of society and their character. Therefore many inadaptable and terrible behavior are appeared among teen-ages such as: anxiety, gloom,solitude,tired of school,self-centered,cranky fleeing, web addiction, suicide,take addictive drugs,attack and so on, which have being done very harm to their healthy growth.P.E. course is a part of the school education, and it of cause has to bear the risks of developing the ability of adaptation of society. It is well known that to PE. course, not only it can but it also better can promote students' ability of adaptation of society. The reform of new P.E. course also has divided the "adaptation of society" as a separate field.Adaptation of society was induced two types: the first type includes interpersonal association, P.E. moral and team awareness; the second type includes the side of right and obligation in participating P.E. sports, the side of sense of responsibility and behavior, and the side of concerning about the problem of social P.E. and health. The goal is: establishing the harmonious interpersonal relationships, possessing good cooperative sprit and P.E. moral, and learning how to obtain the knowledge of "PE. and health" in modern society. So how can we realize this specially designated goal ? The reform of new P.E. course presented: to advocate the study method of "autonomy, cooperation, exploration". So by using these new study methods in P.E. course , whether they can promote the improvement of the students' society adaptability or not ?According to the theory that combined researched-study and course-teaching, this article adopted the way of document; of to combine interviewing and discussing and questionnaire investigate, begun with the style of P.E. study , and treated researched-study as independent variable and treated 《Middle school students' interpersonal relationships' quantitative form》 and 《Middle school students' society adaptability's quantitative form》 as consequent variable and summed up the researching of spot experiment in which was directed against 120 experimental objects which had been expended 16 weeks in a middle school and through two experi...
