With the continuous reform and advancement of national defense policy and preferential treatment for ex-servicemen,quite a number of college students who have joined the army with pens choose to return to campus to pursue their studies.As a result,more and more eollege students who have returned to school appear in public view.Two years of service,their identity has undergone a huge transformation,living environment,interpersonal network,values,work and rest habits and other aspects of the huge gap,so that returning to school veterans college students face a huge adaptive disturbance,which is particularly prominent impact of interpersonal adaptation disturbance.The author,as one of the veterans from X university,can personally feel the negative effects brought by the interpersonal adjustment problems,and hopes to change the current situation and help more veterans.Based on this,with the support of the armed forces department and the college,the author carried out the interactive education group service for the college students.This paper is guided by the theory of "Triadic reciprocal determinism","self-efficacy" and "observational learning" in Albetr Bandura's social learning theory.Combined with the mediating mode strategy of education group work.From the aspects of ice-breaking melting,contract co-construction,individual analysis,team competition,situation simulation and summary and sharing,etc.,we have carried out six in-depth group education activities.By using the comprehensive scale of interpersonal adjustment of college students combined with the survey and interview as the measuring tool,and through the data analysis of the single group before and after the survey as the evaluation consideration,the paper effectively helped 15 college students who returned to school to improve and solve the problems of interpersonal adjustment.The growing service team work smoothly,on the one hand,effectively improve and solve the veteran resumption college schooling to adapt to the disturbance of human relationships,on the other hand also to develop the related theory and practice mode in the practice of the group may,also for colleges and universities for our resumption functional absence of eollege students related management work provides schooling experience paradigm.As a group that is easy to be ignored,college students after discharge from military service have their own advantages over their peers.However,if difficulties are not solved in time and effectively,they are likely to cause adverse problems and gradually become"special" groups in colleges and universities.Therefore,the retired college students have dedicated their youth and blood to the country.When they return to school,they should be paid attention to by all sides.Only by not letting the retired college students feel cold,can they realize the dream of a strong army and the Chinese dream.
