Bing in the time of manking people thecenter and paying attention to individual character,we must manage all the work with the concept of scientific development and insist on carrying out the instruction thinking of "Health the First" and"Quality Education". With the development of sciente and economy, a large number of skillful and talented persons who can drive forces in the development of secondary vocational techonology education are needed. According to the plan of Education Ministry of our country, over 8 million student will be recruited by secondary vocational technology schools by 2010. That is equal to the number of the students in middle schools. So more and more teachers are paying close attention to the task of how to spur students on all-round, coordinated and enduring growth. This subject uses the selected works of information investigation,for the purpose of establishing the new educational model of"all-round development plus speciality" in secondary vocational school,and then carries on the research on education.It compares the new educational model with the old one,and analyses the data both before the experiment and after it.According to the analysis, the new teaching pattern is based an students' needs and students are its principal part. Thanks to the new teaching pattern, students are becoming more and more enthusiastic about P.E lessons,and their physical stamina and the strength of their lower limbs have been greathy enhanced. In addition, they can well mastered two or more sports specialities.This thesis is made up of 6 parts. The first part is about the significance, necessity and methods of improving the research on secondary vocational technology education. The second part is the introduetion of the theory on the research of this task. In the third part, the writer analyses traditional teaching methods and introduces the main idea,aims,practice procedure and the relationship between teachers and students about constructing the teaching pattern of "All-round Development Plus Speciality". The fourth part is about how to control teachers,students,objective condition,experiment contents,evaluation of the students,process of the exeriments and so on. In the last part, the writer summarizes the advantages.and disadvantages of the teaching experiment after analysing the experimental results.
