A Research Of Practicing Moral Education Pattern In Secondary Vocational Schools

Nowadays the secondary vocational schools are facing hard circumstances. Universities and colleges have been enlisting more and more students lastingly, and general middle schools are also promoting to a certain degree. Quality and conditions of running a secondary Vocational schools are very different. The society gives a lower appraisal of the secondary vocational schools. Vocational schools snatch students each other much harder. So the majority of poor students in study and habits have only to choose professional schools. But the vocational schools haven't still got rid of the old teaching thoughts from the past. The article analyses current situations of moral education and dissects the reasons of causing lower moral culture. The article thinks the cultivation of students' moral culture is the unity of the outside guide and self-education. Under this basic theory, The article tries establishing a moral culture pattern concerning to the characteristics of secondary professional school, that's, we should look on the secondary professional moral education as starting point, and look on thought politics, professional know ledges, law know ledges as basic contents, and at the same time, we should also regard lab our particle and theory study, Learn through practice on profession, activity exercises, studying in class as basic way so that students understand and cultivate much better professional moral culture.The whole article are divided into four parts : The First part mainly Introduces current situations of moral education, concerning to secondary professional schools;puttingforward questions about moral culture existing in professional schools;analyzing the main reasons of these questions are caused by schools.The second part mainly points out the aim and meaning of establishing secondary professional patterns and analyzing the basis of establishing moral culture patternsThe third part mainly introduces basic contents of practicing moral education pattern and examples, and also introducing the application of the mechanism.The fourth part mainly points out the application of practicing moral culture pattern depending upon the constitute of teachers, the arrangement of courses, the optimization of resource and funds, etc.
