Research On Improving The Quality Of Students' Training In Higher Vocational Schools Under Employment Orientation

In recent years, higher vocational education as an important part of higher education has been improved tremendous, which has been an important part of higher education and has more contribution to the popularity of higher education in China. However, many problems on students'training in higher vocational schools have been appeared follows the size of which expanded rapidly. Among these problems, one of main problems is that the students'training can't completely adapt the need of market. So, we should establish the mechanism of talent training in higher vocational schools under employment orientation, which is an important method of promoting the quality of training and satisfying the need of society.Firstly, based on the goals of students'training in higher vocational schools, this research summarizes several students'training modes in higher vocational schools and shows their present situations in China, then analyses a series of problems in it. Secondly, this research analyses the inside and outside essentials which influencing the quality of training in employment orientation. Thirdly, this research study several main international training modes, elaborating these characteristics and discussing model significance to our country. Lastly, this research proposes several strategies on the base of employment orientation, including establishing specialty under employment orientation, raising students'various ability, perfecting the enter system of employment in the term of country, and perfecting the appraisal system of students'training under employment orientation, and so on. By these, this research attempts to deal with those problems on the quality of students'training in higher vocational education, in order to improve the quality of students'training and promote the development of higher vocational education steadily.
