Employment is vital to people livelihood ,"having a bowl"means everything .Any piece of news in the field of employment will definitely draw the attention of the society. Employment is the very point that the state and the ordinary people are most concerned with. The solution of the problem of employment has a direct influence on the rule of the state. With the development of the opening -reform, the economy of our country soars, meanwhile, however, the fierce competition among talents takes palce as well. With the more and more fierce competition, the talents meet a more grave situation for job-seeking .Our national policy for employment has been transformed from the"national arranged, unified distribution"in the past to the"self-dependent career choice"which is currently carried out. There is a more disadvantaged minority faced with the pressure of employment, that is the female students. Due to the increasingly serious phenomenon of female discrimination in jod-seeking, the Prime Minister, Wen Jiabao has making it clear that the secondary vocational education must be put into the priority during the"eleventh-five year"period when he accounts the development of the china's characteristic vocational education the seventeenth representative congress of our party also put the development of education and the establishment of a powerful talented nation to the priority. From the above mentioned, we can see how important the secondary education it is under this background, the author intends to combine some theories at home and abroad and the actual discrimination phenomenon in our country to analyze the reason and the discrimination the female students faced with, and to put forward specific solutions and measures so as to promote the healthy and smooth employment of the female students, the steady development of the national vocational education career, and the study and harmony of the society.There are 4 chapters in this thesis. The first chapter is in the introduction, meant to clarify the research aim significance and the methods in order to have a good theoretical basis. the second chapter is intended to discuss the actual situations and discrimination of the secondary vocational female students, point out the difference between them and other professional females analysis the harmfulness this situation brings to the family of the female students society, the secondary vocational education and the employing unit itself. The chapter 3 will analyze the reason of discrimination, in term of the society , the female themselves, the working units, the vocational schools and the related laws, chapter 4 puts forward the methods of solution, mainly including the enhancement of the regulations of the government, the perfection of the law, the enhancement of the social opinions, the guidance on the female students about job-seeking and the establishment of correct employment and life values and the education of the working units to conform to the national laws against discrimination. In a word, the whole thesis will give a comprehensive account of the discrimination phenomenon the female students in the secondary vocational schools faced with.
