The rise and development of chinese higher education are close to the construction of teachers, especially the construction of dual-mode teachers. As a modern form of education, the emergence and development of higher vocational education are never isolated. Popularization of higher education has brought the expansion of higher vocational education, and the development of higher vocational education is a real driving force to achieve the development of popular higher education, which accord with the developmental law of popularization of higher education. In the development process of higher vocational education, Long-term defects in building of the teachers has increasingly become the focus of widespread social concern along with the expansion of vocational. On the one hand, qualifications of vocational teachers are lower. On the other hand, the number of teachers are less and professional teachers are lack, and so on. Friedrich Adolf Wilhelm Diesterweg once said: if a person has not been good education, training and development, it is impossible to educate, train and develop others. There is an old saying: finding a good teacher would be better to study efforts. Thus, the building of the teachers play an important role on the development of higher vocational and technological college.Since the 1990s, Higher Vocational Education in Guangxi have made a relatively rapid development, and overall quality of the teaches have also achieved some improvement. At the same time, there are also many contradictions and problems. For example, overall level of the development of higher vocational education is behindhand, failed to meet the economic development needs of Guangxi, especially needs for persons whih the appropriate theoretical knowledge, technology applications, wider knowledge, and high-quality. In "11th Five-Year Plan" period, the total economic output in Guangxi had grown, and the average GDP growth reached approximately 10 percent, and the economic growth rate higher than the national average. But at present, the contradictions between the economic development and the development of higher vocational education, as well as the contradictions between the development of the education and the building of the teachers are very conspicuous in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The key to solve the problem is to cultivate vocational education teachers with high-qualities and characteristics, create "dual-mode" teachers, and push the cause of vocational education to a new level, which can serve for economic development in Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region.In this paper, the status of teachers building was systemically understood and the "11th Five-Year" plan of guangxi education was thoroughly analysed according to the requirements of higher educational development for the building of teachers. From the teacher-student ratio of some higher vocational and technological college, the proportion of associate professor and the above titles and "dual-mode" teachers in full-time teachers, the main source of science research projects, the proportion of research work accounted the total workload, the training of the teachers in the current professional and technical positions, the cost of teacher training, the difficulties encountered in teacher training and retraining, accreditation appointment of professional and technical positions, the countermeasures for the construction of teachers were discussed to promote the construction of higher vocational teachers in Guangxi.This paper was divided into five parts:Chapter 1 The research background of the construction of higher vocational college teachers in Guangxi was analysed to explain the meaning and value of the research on the construction of Guangxi higher vocationalcollege teachers and to put forward for research methods.Chapter 2 The illumination on the theoretical basis of research on the construction of higher vocational teachers. For example, higher vocational and technical education theory, theories of human resources, performance management theory, pay management theory, and so on..Chapter 3 Introduction on experience and enlightenment of the construction of foreign higher vocational teachers. For example, the teachers building of American community college and higher vocational educations in Germany and Australia.Chapter 4 Analysis on status of the construction of higher vocational teachers through the survey form in Guangxi. The problems of higher vocational teachers were analysed according to teacher qualifications, the number of teachers, teacher structure, "dual-mode" teacher, teacher research, teacher training, teacher evaluation, and other aspects. This research showed that teacher education was generally low, the structure of teachers was not reasonable, "dual-mode" teachers and the number of teachers were lacking, teacher research capacity was weak, teacher training opportunities were lacking, evaluation of teachers mechanisms were not perfect, and so on.Chapter 5 Discussion on enhancing the main measures of the construction of higher vocational teachers. In the external environment measures, the research suggested that the country and the Government should enhance intensity tilted to the higher vocational eduction to establish a comprehensive human resources market and rational allocation of talent. In the internal systems measures, the research put forward for high-qualification and high-quality requirements for higher vocational teachers, diversification of teacher source, establishment of an effective management mechanism for part-time teachers, strengthening pre-post training, improving the knowledge structure of the teachers, focus on building "dual-mode" teachers, serving for Guangxi's economic development, encouraging teachers to engage in research activities and school-based curriculum exploitation, and creating a harmonious environment and incentive mechanism for talent growth.
