Nowadays throughout the world, the scientific technology is developing very fast and times of information and economy of knowledge has already arrived . In order to meet the requirement of the time, the government of our country has put forward the design of our country has put forward the design of forming a society of learning style. To realize this goal, each member of the society should possesses the ability of self-regulated learning. The new standard of Maths Course in Senior middle schools(2003) has made it clear that the students should experience the procedures of creativeness and discovery in maths and nurture the consciousness of seeking the new . Therefore, raising the self-regulated learning ability of the students is a must for those who are working in field of education in the new period.each senior student is grauing up in every way,such as in thinging,in psychology,so self-regulated learning policy is more needed,and the ability of self-regulated learning requires to be strengthened,only in this way can then fit in with the needs of society and the time.In this essay,it first states the related theery of self-regulated learning and its policy in details, through comparison and documentary methods. On practice, two classes from No. 2 middle school of BeiHai were chosen as the subjects of experiments, through one-year teaching practice, analysis, comparing the results of learning with other non-experimented classes,counting and analyzing answering-question sheets and daily observation, communication,then have drawn a concerned conclusion.It is hoped to enrich the contents of the research to self-regulated learning in some way and push the development of self-regulated learning.
