On Constructing The Talents Cultivation Mode Of Independent College

The independent college refers to the secondary college operated by ordinary institution of higher learning adopting new mechanism and new pattern. As a brand-new and special mode of running school, the independent college is not only the result of high education reformation, but also acts as the vanguard of various education and teaching reformation. However, its imperfections still met with many criticisms. Ministry of education also published"On The Administration of Independent College Set up By Ordinary Institution of Higher Learning Adopting New Mechanism & New Pattern". But as to what is independent college, its essential features still need to be discussed.In order to seek more space for its survival and development, this kind of the independent college must solve the following problems. Firstly, what sort of talented person it is going to cultivate, and then how to develop them. On the basics of objective description of its main feature, the author analyzes the problems existing in the talents cultivation mode of the independent college, and puts forward relevant countermeasures.This dissertation consists of five chapters. The first chapter introduces background of the problem purpose of the study, the research approach and methodology, and some relative concepts. The second chapter discusses the theoretical basis of the talents cultivation mode and its diversified evolution. The third chapter explores the guiding ideology and principles of constructing talents cultivation mode of the independent college. The fourth chapter analyzes the difficulties and problems existing in the talents cultivation of the independent college. The fifth chapter puts forward the ways and approaches of constructing the talents cultivation mode of independent college.
