To develop the student's Chinese attainment wholly , the foundation of Chinese teaching is to learn the words of our mother tongue and developing children's language ability according to the basic principle of the new course standard. And children poems are the most important learning source in Chinese textbooks of the Junior Primary school. Children poems are deeply loved by children because of their short length , graceful language, lively rhythm ,harmonious sounds and interests. Besides, children poems are the models and the best materials . For children's language-study and language-developing. Therefore , developing the children's language ability in the children poem teaching becomes a topic deserved to research and discuss.For the developing of children's language ability in the children poem teaching ,I mainly research into the selecting and editing of the textbook, the characteristics of children poem language and children's sound in body and mind, and teaching strategies . The thoughts for the selecting and editing of the textbook include the amount and the type of the texts. The main characteristics of children poet language are simple and natural, full of spoken language, full of children's interest, full of music beauty and painting beauty. The characteristics of Children's psychological developing are related to language, thumbing, attention, memory, imagination and mental perception. The teaching strategies mainly include, strengthening reading, enhancing the instinctive feel for the language; enhancing the interest of poet-reading, accumulating language; using language by combining reading with writing; developing outside reading.In short, developing the children language from all kinds is feasible in the children poet teaching and the effects are clear. These will lead to these results, the children's pronunciation is more accurate, the amounts of words is richer and more precise, expression is more vivid and imagery. And in teaching children broaden their knowledge, mould their temperament, which made children have qualities suggestive of poetry.
