For the knowledge economy, human resource is of the priority. As our nation's higher education is transforming toward the popular style from the elite style, Each university will confront both opportunity and challenge. As a fact, the traditional outstanding achievement assessment to teachers has been out of style. To survive and develop in the hot competition, the idea of human resource management used in the enterprises has been applied to the university. The performance assessment is the base and center of the human resource management. A graduate student's tutor who is the important human resource is very important to an university.The research about the performance assessment to a graduate student's tutor is a subject that has both theory and practice significance. The thesis includes the following conents:(1) Concluding and comparing the relative theoretical research between the domestic and the abroad.(2) Proposing two-stage assessment model, which includes both tacit assessment and explicit assessment.(3) Configurating the index system of the assessment.(4) Applying the fuzzy integrated judge's index system to practical systems.The research offers an available theoretical reference to the reforming of human resource management of universities, and provides a base to develop the group's performance assessment in an university.
