The Design And Realization For The Management System Of Graduate Work And The Function Of Tutor Selection

Graduate education is the elite education in higher education. In recent years, with the constant expansion of enrollment, the conflicts from the increasing of the number and improving of the quality, as well as the insufficient resources and the limit of elite education are becoming prominent increasingly. Therefore, the management wok of the department which manages graduates plays a vital role. The management system of graduate work is an important tool making management scientific and efficient. Tutor selection is an important part of graduate management, which is a key to improve the educational quality of graduate. The function of tutor selection is an important function of graduate management system.In this system, we apply asp.net and database technology of SQL Server to design and develop the module of discipline management.On this basis, combined with the theoretical knowledge of fuzzy mathematics comprehensive assessment, building a comprehensive evaluation algorithm, the developer focus to achieve the tutor selection system. Thereby, it improves the function of the management system of graduate work, also provides valuable reference data for managers and experts, so that can make experts carry decision-making better.The major work of this article is as follows:First, it reviews the background of development, the status and trends, the research purposes and experimental programs of the management system of graduate work and the tutor selection;Second, it explains the theory of tutor selection, from the source of the evaluation index system, the choice of methods for the weights determining and the selection of the comprehensive evaluation model respectively;Third, it introduces the structure of the management system of graduate work, focuses on requirement analysis, technical solutions’discipline, the design and realization of database, and the detailed features of management module.Fourth, it details the design and realization of tutor selection. This chapter focuses on the design of decision-making algorithms and comprehensive evaluation program.Fifth, it summarizes the system and the work, and proposes the towarding of the next step work.
