With the continuous deepening of the reform and development of the university education system,many colleges and universities prefer professional teachers as professional class tutor,in order to give students more accurate guidance.This action has been taken as a system in education.The tutorial system requires teachers guide students individually in a class and focus on the aspects of learning method,scientific research training,career planning,the spirit of innovation,etc.For the sake of keep the tutorial system operating smoothly,it needs to operate a performance evaluation system,which is an important part of human resource management,can effectively improve the passion and ability of the teachers of the professional class.So this paper based on the examples of different universities,using the theory and methods of human resource,to establish a scientific and reasonable performance evaluation target system.The paper introduce the current situation of N university's professional tutors by questionnaire survey and interview,the author applies the relevant theory to analyze the current situation and discovers some problems,This paper sets up a scientific system of many special Responsibilities in N universities teacher performance appraisal index system under the guidance of basic theories and methods of performance evaluation,combined with the characteristics and duty of special tutor job,Build personal qualities,work attitude,work process,the results of four working-level indicators,moral quality,professional ability in ten secondary indicators,ethics,character,personality,etc.twenty-three three indicators.And it is expected to be able to provide a scientific and comprehensive basis for the promotion and elimination of tutor of the professional class by applying the assessment results,characteristics,and different treatment in the assessment target,the different weight which makes the assessment more targeted and operable.And the application of the new system feedback put forward relevant proposals.From the investment perspective of the professional class teacher work starting,only concerned with the work of the results before breaking performance appraisal system,not only concerned about the results of the work,but also concerned about the professional class teacher quality and commitment,which is to improve our professional courses College instructors Performance Evaluation research system and help to provide some reference,but this paper design college teachers performance appraisal system lacks argumentation,while index operability to be further tested.
