Research About The Inspirit System Of Gym Teachers In FuJian Universities

After the innovation in China, there is great effort in gym education of the high schools in Fujian, especially in the latest 10 years. Actually, the competition during high schools is in the person with ability and the person qualified to teach. To deepen the innovation of interior management, it is an instancy problem for high schools that how to strengthen the interior management, set up a scientific prompting system that in favor of cultivating and using the person with ability, fully manoeuvre the enthusiasm of gym teachers, exert their creativity, then to improve the quality of gym career of high schools.In this thesis, With the method of investigation ,documents statistic, through some survey about the satisfaction degree of gym teachers, and with some datum, analyse the current status of the prompting system by the numbers, including the meaning of the system, then bring forward the principle and general thought of the system (focus on the person, harmonize the matter and spirit, combine the plus and minus prompting systems). Finally, conceive the elementary prompting system about gym teachers of high schools through three fulcrums( aim of gym career in high schools, synthesis of prompting factor, individual factor) and three channels( the distribute system, the restrict system, the information intercourse.
