Teachers are the core elements of education.In order to build a high-quality team of teachers,the state strictly controls the standard and quality of teachers' selection,and improves and develops the system of open recruitment of teachers.The implementation and development of the Huitai policy has attracted a large number of aspiring teachers from Taiwan to apply for employment in the mainland.Because of the long-term political and economic background,the teacher recruitment system will also be different.This research is to explore and compare the development of physical education teacher recruitment in primary and secondary schools on both sides of Fujian and Taiwan,adopting the methods of literature,comparative research,questionnaire survey,interview and mathematical statistics.This paper collects the relevant data of physical education teachers in primary and middle schools in Fujian and Taiwan,and makes a comparative analysis of the six core elements of admission mode and examination mode,admission procedure,admission qualification,admission standard,admission content and admissions management system in primary and secondary schools in Fujian and Taiwan.Through a comparative study on the recruitment system of physical education teachers in primary and middle schools in Fujian and Taiwan,some of the problems are revealed,which are beneficial to learn from each other,and to perfect and perfect the public recruitment and examination system for physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in both places.And provide fair theoretical information and basis,in order to further optimize the examination system.The results of this study are as follows:One,the similarities and differences of recruitment mode and assessment mode of physical education teachers in primary and middle schools in Fujian and Taiwan:The same: the recruitment and examination methods of physical education teachers in Fujian and Taiwan are based on the principle of diversity and appropriateness.Different: physical education teachers in Fujian and Taiwan have different admission modes,examination methods(interviews)and statistical methods of scores.Inspiration: teachers in Fujian Province have received the approval of most of the teachers in implementing the mode and mode of examination for the unified examination of the wholeprovince.However,there is no unified selection requirement in Taiwan because too much consideration is given to the needs of schools themselves for physical education teachers.There are too many methods in selection mode and examination method,and the public credibility of physical education teacher selection may be affected by the individual subjective thoughts of examiners.Taiwan should draw lessons from Fujian Province's teacher recruitment mode and assessment method.Appropriate improvement and harmonization of selection models and requirements.Second,the similarities and differences of recruitment procedure of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Fujian and Taiwan:The same: both recruitment procedures in Fujian and Taiwan have adopted the public selection of teachers,which has the characteristics of institutionalization and strictness.Different: in the selection process of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Taiwan,the system of teachers' evaluation committee should be set up,and the physical examination requirements of Fujian and Taiwan are different in the recruitment procedure of physical education teachers.Inspiration: Fujian and Taiwan should strengthen the establishment of a scientific recruitment plan for physical education teachers.Fujian Province should draw lessons from the establishment of the teacher selection committee system in the recruitment process in Taiwan,and playThird,the similarities and differences in the qualifications of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Fujian and Taiwan:The same: the admission of physical education teachers in Fujian and Taiwan has strict regulations on whether they must hold teachers' qualifications for the examination.Different: physical education teachers in Fujian and Taiwan have different age limits in admission qualifications;the admission qualifications in Fujian and Taiwan are different in terms of household registration;and in Fujian and Taiwan there are differences in specifying physical examination tables in admission qualifications.Inspiration: among the qualifications of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Fujian and Taiwan,Fujian Province should draw lessons from Taiwan to relax the restrictions on the conditions of applying for the examination,pay attention to the teachers' inherent personal accomplishment,and let them truly love the profession of physical education teachers.A real-life teacher enters the faculty.Fourth,the similarities and differences of physical education teachers' recruitment standards in primary and secondary schools in Fujian and Taiwan:The same: the recruitment standards of physical education teachers in Fujian and Taiwan are basically similar in structure,but there is no standard for the recruitment of physical education teachers according to different subjects.Different: the basic concepts of physical education teachers recruitment criteria in Fujian and Taiwan are different;there is no physical education teacher selection criteria or syllabus in Taiwan.Inspiration: in Fujian and Taiwan,the standards with discipline orientation are not formed in the recruitment standards of physical education teachers,and the authoritative professional standards for physical education teachers should be formulated according to the physical education disciplines.So that there are unified physical education teachers in the recruitment process guiding principles and operating methods.Fifth,the similarities and differences of physical education teachers' recruitment contents in Fujian and Taiwan primary and secondary schools:The same: physical education teachers in Fujian and Taiwan pay more attention to the practicality and diversity of the contents.Different: physical education teachers in Fujian and Taiwan have different examination contents and questions in written examination;physical education teachers in Fujian and Taiwan pay different attention to swimming;physical education teachers in Fujian and Taiwan pay different attention to the ability assessment of physical education teachers.Inspiration: among the recruitment contents of physical education teachers in primary and middle schools in Fujian and Taiwan,Fujian Province is more suitable for the recruitment of physical education teachers,and the Taiwan region should draw lessons from the written examination contents of Fujian Province and adjust the proportion of the contents of each subject appropriately.In the re-examination to increase the professional skills test to ensure the physical education teachers' skills demonstration ability;On the other hand,Fujian Province should study the swimming skills of the examiners in Taiwan,pay attention to the swimming skills of physical education teachers,and strengthen the training of swimming skills for primary and middle school students on the basis of safety guarantee.Sixth,the similarities and differences of physical education teacher recruitment management system between Fujian and Taiwan:The same: Fujian and Taiwan physical education teachers recruitment management system gradually refined and matured day by day.Different: physical education teachers in Fujian and Taiwan have different documents on the management system of recruitment;different organizations of decision-makers;differentdepartments of recruitment rights;different admission avoidance systems;different approaches to the management systemInspiration: in the examination management system for physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Fujian and Taiwan,Fujian Province should draw lessons from the strict avoidance system in the selection and management system in Taiwan,the careful voting operation mode and the handling methods of alternate members,and so on.So that selection follows open competition,all equal selection principle is more fair.
