Cultural conflict is described as the inconsistency or mutual influence among different cultures .Cultural conflict between teachers and students in the classroom of middle school refers to the inconsistency or mutual influence on values and behavior habit between teachers and students with different cultures in the classroom of middle school.During the period of social and cultural transition, cultural conflict between teachers and students in the classroom of middle school is always inevitable due to the influence of school, teacher, student and family. It is an organic part of instruction in the classroom of middle school, it is also regarded as inevitable in classroom life to teachers and students that they must accept. Although the cultural conflict between teachers and students in the classroom of middle school is a common and objective phenomenon, few people really understand it .The expression patterns of the cultural conflicts between teachers and students in the classroom of middle school appear as value conflict and behavior habit conflict.Cultural conflict between teachers and students in the classroom of middle school may have negative effects on instruction effectiveness and the physical and mental health of both students and teachers, it may also weaken the actual effect of school education and classroom management level. Whereas the positive significance of the conflict can not be ignored. It can inspire teachers and students'enthusiasm and promote harmonious teacher-student relationship; it can stimulate the stability of classroom to achieve the common development of teachers and students; it can also inspire the students'motivation to learn for better performance and improve students'study achievements; and more important, it could cultivate the creativity of students and foster their personality development.Why cultural conflict between teachers and students in the classroom of middle school will happen ? These aspects such as schools,teachers,students and families ,will all impact the conflict during the process . How to prevent the outbreak of conflicts? Once it happened, how to intervene and ease it effectively and enable it to develop in the direction of virtuous cycle, thereby optimizing the teacher-student relationship and improving the quality of classroom instruction? Schools should enhance their education management level, put full attention on the building of teaching ethics, and form a conflict balancing mechanism. Teachers should respect and love all their students; understand and approve of the students' culture; strengthen the understanding and communication between teachers and students; create excellent teaching art; establish legal concepts on education system; and according to the individual, create a long-term conflict preventive mechanism. Students should understand the role in teaching; learn themselves; control their negative emotions and strengthen their self-management. Parents should make great efforts on the standardization of family education methods and promote the family culture atmosphere to develop in the direction of hamonization.
