The serious problem of polarization in the math learning of grade one students in senior secondary schools has for long been confusing the math teachers in the process of advocating Quality-oriented Education. The effective way of solving that problem is to make teaching connection between the junior secondary schools and the senior secondary schools in the teaching of math. We are at the stage of New Curriculum and Old Curriculum coexisting, namely, new textbook edition is used in junior secondary schools while former textbook edition in senior secondary schools. Thus, teaching connection is becoming more and more noticeable. Under the influence of traditional view about too much teaching and little learning, most of the research on teaching connection between the junior secondary schools and the senior secondary schools often stays on the layer of teachers'teaching. Although making a lot of research from the perspectives of textbook, teaching method, and thinking ability, etc, we can not still work out this problem thoroughly. In order to study the factors that affect the teaching connection, the thesis makes the analysis of origins of polarization from the three aspects including textbook, teacher and student. Especially the author puts emphasis on the research of students'psychology and physiology. As such, the analysis provides a complete, right and scientific theoretical basis for posing a strategy of teaching connection. It is very significant that we should explore method of teaching linking the two stages of junior and senior secondary schools so as to help students from junior secondary schools adapt to the math teaching in the later stage. Based on the students'cognition rule and teaching rule, this study adopts observation-method investigation-metheod and comparsion metheod, the thesis puts forward four viewpoints on how to eliminate the disconnection in the math teaching of junior and senior secondary schools. (1) optimizing and assembling textbook for realizing transition of materials between the two stages; (2) promoting the transition of thinking for realizing the transition of teaching method; (3) building the pattern of learning for promoting that transition. (4) implementing the adjustment of students'psychology from different aspects for fulfilling the transition psychologically. There are some factors ,if we differentiate these factors and analysis the charges of students'mathematics lesrning because of the effects of these factors,.So we can improve the quality of mathematics education and promote quality-oriented education and innovative education in an all-round way.
