From the open perspective, teaching can be divided into two types: close teaching and open teaching. Based on the critics and reflection on the ideological origins and realistic reflection of close teaching, this thesis brings forward the proposition of open teaching and tries to expound the division, theoretical basis and implementary mechanism of open teaching comprehensively.The whole thesis is divided into five parts: the first part is introduction which gives the researching reasons, methods and significance of this study; the second part criticizes the ideological origins of close teaching, that is, the tradition "teaching epistemology", and points out four detailed forms of close teaching in teaching activities; the third part defines open teaching, analyzes its features and aims; the fourth part studies three ideological origins of open teaching and their significance in teaching activities; the last part puts forward the detailed implementary mechanism of open teaching, especially pays attention to the role changes between teachers and students in practicing open teaching, how to make teaching design and the potential problems and solutions in practice.
