"The Old System" And "the New Standards"

Nowadays, teacher education has been the focal point as improving education all over the world. How to improve Student Teaching becomes the top priority of Teacher Educational Reform. Germany Teacher Education is known as " Dualistic System", namely , studying in a universcity or high normal school (the first phase)and Student teaching in a seminar and a field school(the second phase), which has been followed, turning out german qualified teachers since 200 long years . For the past few years, the traditional System was intensely questioned. As a result, in 2004, a german unified standards for Teacher Education came into being, its bringing specified standard items respectively to these two phases. The new Standards breathed dynamic into the System,meanwhile, it also put forword advancing requests of student teachers. In the view of standards, the stundent teaching System is putting on some new features.
