The dissertation focuses on information flow control in the practium system, whose activities have attracted attention from every corner of society. To restrict the scope of the research, the practuim referred to in the dissertation is defined as activities that students are involved in in real workplaces under the instruction and admininstration of colleges or uninversities. The so-called practium system is obviously participated in by at least three groups: the college, the enterprise, and the student. The dissertation is then targeted at identifying information flow problems between the college, the enterprise and the student. The task will be based on analysis of interdependencies between the groups and will also be the source of the final suggestions. The proofs in the first part indicate that the practium system is constituted by poorly interdependent participants, who care more about themselves than the system and are not well prepared for the entrance of other participants. The indentification of poor interdependency of the system helps clarification of the further research routes, which are based on the classification of the information flow into up flow and down flow considering the direction of the management information flow.Down flow defects, through analysis of regulations acquired from about ten colleges, prove relevant with the imbalanced management system, and finally further with the imbalanced authority system. The imbalance of the authority system is rationalized as effects of conflicts of a bureaucracise organization.Following analysis of students' reports of their practuim experience, up flow is found to be a more stubborn process, comparing with down flow. It is likely to be obstructed in some nodes of the system, like the teachers or the senior managers. The cause may lie in the mismatch between information and the nodes that it is doomed to pass through, or more precisely in the imbalance of demands and supplies of "concrete interaction systems".The idea dominating the concluding section is a suggestion to construct a supra-college & enterprise practium system to avoid the embarrassing effects of imbalanced authority sytem and obstruction of up information flow.
