The real purpose of the comprehensive practice course in primary education is to develop students in an all-round way. It has opened a brand-new world for primary education in many aspects. Now, human society has already entered the information era. In this era, we must integrate the information technology into comprehensive practice in the selection of comprehensive practice course and its implementation. Preliminary achievements have been attained in comprehensive practice at primary school. However, in our country, comprehensive practice course oriented by information technology at primary school is still at the experiment and exploration stage while the research on comprehensive practice curriculum design is only at its new start.In this paper, the meaning of comprehensive practice course is discussed and the theory of multiple intelligences, constructivism and comprehensive practice are analyzed. Documents & references, methods of observation and behavior research are adopted in this paper to study practice various aspects of the comprehensive practice curriculum design under Information technology environment of primary education.An overview of the background, significance, objectives and methods of the comprehensive practice study is described in the introduce part.In the first part, development of comprehensive practice course in our country is analyzed; the characteristics and significance of comprehensive practice course under information technology environment are defined. Achievements and main difficulties in comprehensive practice course under information technology environment at primary education are discussed and the overall design of the practice is further explained.In the second part, theory of multi intelligence, the rationale of comprehensive practice curriculum design in primary school. Constructivism theory; the action curriculum theory as well as their theoretical support on practice curriculum design in primary school under the information technology environment are introduced.In the third part, based on the previous introduced of the research and analysis, aimed at various aspects of studying oriented design with examples are explored. Firstly, questions on how to select and design the themes of comprehensive practical curriculum under information technology environment are discussed, and the method created by the situation is put forward. Secondly, information resources, the concrete ways used in types of activities, information technology environment, education and other activities are recommended teaching strategies are analyzed, and the design multi-evaluation ways are suggested. Then, a typical pattern of practical courses and instructional design are described by examples. Lastly, two cases of specific instructional design are analyzed.In conclusion, the main result of the study is summed up, thesis weaknesses of the paper are pointed out and the further studies on the research are suggested.
