According to the macroscopic demand of education development, the reality demand of student development the drive demand of English development, the research of paper is based on multiply intelligence theory and constructivism theory to be sure to develop the real meaning of comprehensive practical activities. On the base of information technology environment of Wushun Primary School of Chengdu. It describes the results of English practical activities. The paper researches mainly how to promote to develop activities better through combining information technology comprehensive practical activities. How to make full use of information technology environment and resources to design and carry out the activities to promote the four changes of class teaching.This paper is divided into four chapters:Chapter I:Introduction. Includes:(a) formulation of the problem (b) the significance of the study (c) the theoretical basis (d) summary of the domestic and foreign research (e) the core concepts (f) the objectives, content and methods. Chapter II:the information technology environment in Wushun Primary School of Chengdu. ChapterⅢ:The practical results of English comprehensive practical activities in Wushun Primary School of Chengdu. Includes:(a) the principle of comprehensive practical activities (b) the mode of English comprehensive practical activities (c) the description of the English comprehensive practical activities (d) the situation of the English comprehensive practical activities’ development (e) the integrated practice activity resource pack. ChapterIV:Conclusion.
