Since China has entered the 21st century, with the rapid development of technology and constructivist learning theory was widely accepted, the reforms of basic education curriculum gradually increase the efforts to promote, and the integration of information technology and the curriculum has been further developed. As the subject of mother language, Chinese being a "balance of Instrumentality and Humanity" as the foundational nature of academic disciplines and the importance without mentioned, but the research of information technology in language teaching in the effective application is not satisfactory, there is innate discord between natural language and information technology disciplines. To study how information technology can be effective in junior high school classroom applications, this paper chooses the representative of this style of poetry chosen as an example, try through the establishment of the evaluation index system that information technology applied effectively for poetry teaching in the middle school classroom, in order to promote effective application of information technology for poetry teaching in the middle school classroom, to improve the ability of teachers to the development of their information technology and to promote the implementation of the new basic education curriculum reform.The researchers based on the above situation, this study determined the three main research problems. First by recognizing that junior high school classroom teaching information technology in poetry, it is concluded that the present situation of the application of information technology in the classroom teaching in junior middle school poetry used six link, and analyzes some existing information technology application. Then based on two aspects of the theoretical basis and the practical base, and researchers I fitted in junior high school at the beginning of information technology in the classroom teaching poetry effective application evaluation index, and through the method of its revised expert and the important degree classification. Finally the researchers please first teachers use evaluation index, to simulate the survey data and the way of data that have been analyzed and verified the practicability of this index and introductory, reached research goal. This conclusion is: get a analysis theory framework; Formulate information technology in the classroom teaching in junior middle school poetry effective application evaluation index system; The practicability of evaluation index system and introductory verified. The deficiency of expert evaluation for: participate in relatively small; Failed to please first teacher practical application this index. This article is divided into six chapters, the first chapter for the introduction part, mainly is stated and proposes research problems research background, points out that the study of the theoretical and realistic significance. Chapter 2 is reviewed literature review, the part of information technology in the language classroom teaching research situation of effective application of "effective", and reviewed and analyzed. In chapter 3, 4, 5 in the paper's core research part, of the three main research problems were discussed. The last chapter namely the sixth chapter is illustrative of the total and study follow-up prospects, summarizes the research conclusions and inadequate.
