The Current Situation, Problems And Methods Of Cooperation Teching Model In Practice

In order to adapt the social developments,deepen educational reform, reduce the pressure of the students’ schoolwork, follow the change of source of students, more and more schools have taken actions to try a new teaching method---- group cooperation model, such as Zhejiang Kuntong Middle School,Zhejiang Qiushi Middle School, Nanjing Zhushan Middle School, Suzhou Mudu Middle School. This kind of teaching method is an effective supplement, and can bring energy to the class. Group cooperation is not a brand new model, not only China but also other countries have done a lot of researches on it. It also has formed a series of theory and methods to solve problems. However, I found that the group cooperation method is just a form in practice. The process is very random,it will make the class out of order. We should do something to avoid this situation, the class activities should be various and attractive, teachers and students should play the main body role in class. It is especially important to find effective ways to solve the problems.My school, Suzhou No.12 Middle School has carried out group cooperation model for over a year. I have done some surveys on students and teachers in my school about the problems they have during the teaching and study process. I combined the class observation and theory, I raised the direction of research “current situation, problems and countermeasure of group cooperation”. After my investigation, i found those problems need to be solved. The first one is the lack of teachers’ teaching theory;the second is inconsiderable plan of guide-learning texts; students don’t have the teamwork spirit; the third is the nonstandard procedure; the forth is the unscienticfic evaluation mechanism; the last is the limits of teamwork culture. All these made the kind of teaching method can’t be made full use.I combined many kinds of theories and the practice, i find some effective ways to solve these prblems.1. Change the teachers’ opinions, make the group work frequently, 2. Plan the guide-learning texts more scientific. 3. Develop the spirit of teamwork among the students 4.make the teaching procedure more reasonable, 5make the evaluation mechanism more standarded.6 let the students can not only use the teamwork in class but also in their daily life.With the support of some officers in my school and the help of Soochow University, i proved that the group cooperation method is an efficient way, it can help students improve themselves, arouse the learning motive, they can have a chance to plearn how to cooperate in study and work.
