The epoch of information endows the writing with the new special features, meanwhile, putting forward the new request to the writing. This paper is written to adapt to this new requirements. This article is based on the reform of the eighth-time foundational education courses. Basing on the important status of composition teaching in whole Chinese teaching, the requirements of the written expression in modem society and the uniqueness of applying for jobs from Normal School students(hereinafter referring to the Students), with the support of modern educational principles, the author carefully investigates the actual situation of composition teaching, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional methods in teaching composition, brings forward participational composition teaching mode and daily-life-guiding mode and then puts these two modes into actual activity. Participational composition teaching mode promotes students' independence and positivity in writing compositions. In this mode the students' competence and requirements in writing a composition must be emphasized and the difference between composition teaching in normal school and that in middle school must be distinguished. Daily-life-guiding mode refers to the one that students practice writing out of class and at the same time write down visual occasions about themselves. Its characteristics can be summarized as one's description by oneself, active writing, voluntary exchange, self-evaluation and improvement together.Eight issues related to composition teaching methods are further explored: i. The concept of composition teaching evaluation in normal schools is urgently updated; ii. The propositional composition must be analyzed; iii. The relation between composition teaching in normal schools and modernized teaching method must be understood; iv. Practical style-teaching must be completely emphasized; v. Thinking training of writing teaching should be paid attention to; vi. Non-intelligence factors of students' writing should be stressed; vii. Interpersonal relationships of composition teaching and the role of teachers should be taught; viii. Composition teaching between normal schools and primary schools should be infiltrated. These discussed questions means that the reform of composition teaching is only not a mode innovationThis paper's writing is mainly on the basis of teaching practice. Practice shows that under certain condition the cooperation and mutual assistance between the teachers and the students should be promoted; Active participation by students should also be promoted; The dominant position should be fully reflected; Students' individuality and creative expression should be noted; In particular, the students master the basic composition teaching strategies to get the students to smoothly change the role from students to teachers; And their employability should be enhanced. This is the right objective of the reform of teaching methodology.The core of this Writing is about composition teaching methods in normal school. From the perspective of educational division, the study scope of the basic educational curriculum reform must be expanded and the study result of it should be consolidated. And this article addresses the basic quality in composition teaching, The research provides a reference for the students-to-be-teachers in primary writing teaching. And it provides a basis in training persons with talented, better foundation and high-quality. It gives a innovative Chinese writing teaching mode about Chinese writing teaching of normal schools, improves the quality of teaching and provides a theoretical reference guide. Furthermore it presents a certain amount of reform ideas about composition teaching for other similar schools and middle schools. The article points out that the conversion of educational notion decides what strategies to be chosen; Different teaching methodology leads to different result; The composition teaching in normal school must have its own features; The teachers must adjust the request of the epoch, and within update they must promote students' overall development.
