Questions in practical P.E leaning ebaluation are advanced On the basis of study Of that in China and abroad, by referring the survey paper of student learning attitude and effect in Japan and other countries, and according to the tezching purpose of P.E and Health teaching outline in 9—year compulsory education's Junior middle school and senior middle school in China ,a survey paper and self—evaluation form is built is has been put into experiment. Conclusion is made by analyzing the results:1.students P.E leaning self-evaluation form is applied to P.E cell teaching and pourdimensionalities are improvedmostquickly, theyarego-ahead, self-control (self-recognize, self-education), intercourseandcooperation, affectionexhibitionesteem, confidence, strength, especially at junior 1.while there is a little improvement in the recognition to P.E evaluation.2. Cell teaching goal is encluded in self-evaluation form, that can make the goal easy, easy to operate for teacher and students, advance its realization:3.The application Of the form provides information resources for teachers directly, excites and realizes indirectly the goals of teacher's thoughts, improving the teaching`s effect and quality.4.Self-evaluation realized the idealistic transition from:"let me study"to"I will study", embodies the student's initiative. So self-evaluation is orientated derect information and drive resource of improving the P.E teaching, but not just a tool of giving score.
