In order to fully understand the current situation of the development of Heilongjiang Campus Football Four-tier Game,this study adopts the methods of documentation,expert interviews,questionnaire survey,field investigation,mathematical statistics and other research methods,aiming at finding out the factors affecting the development of Heilongjiang Campus Football Four-tier Game and putting forward corresponding development countermeasures,so as to promote the development of Heilongjiang Campus Football.For theoretical and practical reference,and then promote the construction and development of Heilongjiang Province's fourth-tier tournament,promote the popularization of campus football activities in Heilongjiang Province.The specific conclusions of this study are as follows:1.Heilongjiang Province's four-tier system of "university,high school,junior middle school and primary school" has been initially established,but a perfect four-tier system has not yet been formed.As the final of the four-tier football matches in Heilongjiang province only includes junior high school,senior high school and University groups,the primary school group's matches are not in this system,but are replaced by summer camp matches,which results in the blocked channels for players to become talented and reduces the enthusiasm of pupils to participate.2.Campus football leagues in junior and senior high schools are relatively good in the province,while college leagues are better in Harbin than in other cities,and other cities need to be improved.Some school leaders do not attach importance to the development of campus football and do not publicize the campus football culture enough,which hinders the development of campus football.3.The lack of professional football venues on campus in Heilongjiang Province,the small scale of venues and the obvious insufficiency of students' participation in football activities have greatly affected the development of campus football activities,and the supporting facilities of training venues need to be further implemented.The number of professional football teachers in Heilongjiang Province can not meet the needs of the development of campus football.Excellent coaches are extremely scarce.Some football teachers' skill and tactics level and teaching level are relatively weak,and the training system of coaches needs to be strengthened.4.The supervision mechanism of Heilongjiang Campus Football League Four is not perfect enough,which seriously affects the viewing of the game and the development of Campus Football League Four.The number of high-level referees participating in the final of Heilongjiang Football Fourth Series is still small,and the overall rank of the referee team is not high.5.Heilongjiang Campus Football Fourth League matches have a single source of funds,insufficient funds,low publicity and low social attention,which seriously hinders the promotion and development of football leagues.6.The factors that restrict the development of Heilongjiang Campus Football Fourth Series include: insufficient understanding of campus football by parents and contradictions between students' learning and training,which seriously hinder the enthusiasm of teenagers to participate in football and the popularity of football population.
