The demand about quality education of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of School's work should carry out the idea of"Health first"and"Person first".However today's education ignores it, which restrains the students'development of interest, hobby, personality and specialty."Separate item teaching"aims at the simple, dull, and filled situation which is carried out in most of P.E teaching in high school. When researching, we use the method of documentary reference, questionnaire investigation, experienced research, mathematical statistics, logical analysis, etc. to do some research on the separate item teaching used in P.E class of high school, which proves the ability and possibility of separate item teaching in theory and practice. Using this item improves the students'P.E interest, train the students'good exercised habit, promote the development of students'development of personality, let the students'grasp the special skill in middle school, which can form the solid base for the long-life P.E education.We can prove that it's scientific and reasonable to carry on the separate item teaching in high school, which is suitable for P.E teaching in middle school. It is gone deep with the reform of P.E teaching. Meanwhile, it is enriched and improved continuously. Doing the good research of the Separate item teaching has profound influence for other subjects. We believe that our work will be more and more meaningful.
