Discussion On Cultivating Of Innovative Teachers In Chinese Research-oriented Universities

The 21st century is a century dominated by the knowledge-based economy, knowledge-based economy depends directly on the knowledge and the production, dissemination and application. In the increasingly fierce international competitive situation, to enhance a country's position in the international competition, not merely rely on tracking technology and the introduction of other countries, we must vigorously develop knowledge-based economies, improve the reserves and the innovation ability of science and vigorously train high-quality assets with continuously innovative ability. Research universities as knowledge innovation and knowledge production, knowledge dissemination and application of knowledge, innovative research and high-level training bases, have arduous task in the country's innovative system building, therefore, timely to accelerate the pace of educational innovation in our research universities is so significant. And innovative education needs teachers with innovative awareness and ability, if not , there is not any meaning with innovative education, further said, the training of innovative teachers in research university is currently an urgent task, as well as the need, to accelerate China's innovation system building.This paper mainly analyzes the role of research universities in the building of the national innovation system, then discusses that our research universities should hold the educational concept that "innovative education", and further analyzes the shortcomings in the implementation of innovative education in research universities, such as " the range of the undergraduates' knowledge is so narrow, the teaching investment is weak, the undergraduates are lack of innovative awareness and ability" and so on, thus, this difficult and urgent task.—the training of innovative teachers in research universities is put forward.As for the training of innovative teachers in our research universities, this text outlines the problems in innovative aspect that exist in some teachers from China's...
