An Investigation On Organization Reform And Development Of Re-organized Middle Schools

Organizational reform and development is a major subject under investigation in the field of modern management science. Compared with the organizational reform and development investigations of corporations, the investigations of schools are relatively insufficient.The re-organized middle school is chosen as the study subject in this study, and the organization reform and development of Shanghai Y junior middle school as the particular/individual study case. The empirical research has been conducted on the problems and difficulties faced by Y junior middle school after reorganization, as well as the content, process and effect of the organizational reform which was carried out to solve the problems.Investigation on the organization reform of Shanghai Y junior middle school includes the following four areas: reform of the organization structure and institution, reform of the educational thoughts and philosophy, reform of the team of teachers and administrators, reform of the school curriculum and teaching. Based on the above four areas, rational analysis is performed about the principles, characters and stages of the organization development of reorganized middle school, and advices on the problems that occur in the the sustainable development of Y middle school are given.
