Since The Organization Under The View Of Middle School Students In The Research Of The Development Of The Sports Organization Optimization

In view of the fact that the current youth physical fitness in our country has declined for many years,it has become the central task of the school physical education reform in our country to improve the students' physical health.As an important form and carrier of extracurricular sports activities,students' sports associations play an important role in improving students' physical fitness level.This article uses the literature material law,the questionnaire survey method and so on,carries on the research to the Quanzhou city middle school student sports community's development present situation.Through the investigation,it is found that there are problems in the process of middle school students' sports associations,which are not perfect.For these problems,the author using self organization theory under the guiding ideology,from the community management of students and teachers in the face of community management present situation and the teacher,the students' attitude to the present situation of community management are analyzed,the old community sports management is affects the further development of sports associations.The open,nonlinear,far from equilibrium and fluctuation of the self-organization theory is an important condition for the formation of self-organization.The middle school students sports community management system also has more obvious characteristics of self organization,so it is feasible to apply the self organization theory to the management of middle school students' sports associations.Quanzhou No.7 High School students sports community management practice proved that in middle school students sports community management process is introduced into the self-organization theory,according to the system of middle school students sports associations in its characteristics of self-organization of community management,to improve school sports community management level and efficiency has a important role.
