Under the direction of the policy of developing the vocational education, during the process of the development of social economy, human resources, which is the first resource in the economic development, is paid more and more attention to by people. Teacher in the vocational schools are playing an important role in the development of vocational education. To build a strong group of vocational school teachers, new teachers' specialization is the most important. How can the new teachers in vocational schools have excellent specialized ability after years of hard work? The goal of this thesis is to find good ways to train new teachers in vocational schools, to change their situation and to promote their specialization via research.I have been a vocational school teacher for over ten years, growing from a new teacher to a talent one, so I deeply understand vocational school new teachers' feelings and the current situation that they face. I designed several sheets of inquiring questions according to deep observation and advanced research. As a researcher and partner, I do my research based on my many years' experience. The first chapter tells the background of my research, the value of my research in theory and in reality and the goal and methods of my research.Based on the research of the situation of several vocational schools in C city, the second chapter tells the current situation of new teachers in vocational schools. New teachers in vocational schools are burdened with much pressure. They are pressure from students, from the relationship between teachers and students, from the needs of teachers' development, from exams, from how they exist and how the schools exist. The chapter also analyzes the types of new teachers in vocational schools. In the third chapter, the thesis deeply analyses the reasons of vocational school new teachers' strong pressure. There are three reasons: firstly, the one-sided evaluation of the social traditional idea to vocational school new teachers leads to the pressure. There are four kinds of one-sided evaluation to them: one-sided evaluation of traditional idea to new teachers, of social idea to the vocational education, of social idea to the teachers due to the student's characteristics in vocational schools, of the society to the vocational school new teachers due to their own weakness. Secondly, the reason lies in the lack of effective policy. Thirdly, as to the school environment around, there are obstacles to the new teachers' major development.
