Panlong district government through years of continuous development, the comprehensive strength continuously increased, its impetus, radiation ability are also growing, as has great development potential at the center of the city, under the big trend, a growing number of private kindergartens have sprung up, as the parent’s choice of private kindergarten more diversified, social demand for private kindergarten education also by solving the problem of admission to provide high quality early childhood education, in this case, more and more high to the requirement of preschool teachers’ specialization, also more and more need a batch of excellent preschool teachers’ professional qualities. Therefore, the attention and concern of preschool teachers’ professional development, has important theoretical significance and practical significance. The author of panlong five different scale of private kindergartens as the focus of investigation, using the questionnaire survey, observation, interviews and other research methods, designed the panlong private kindergarten director interview schedule, \ "panlong private kindergarten teachers information form\", \ "panlong private kindergarten teachers questionnaire\", is deeply investigated the status quo of panlong five private kindergarten teachers’ professional development and its influence factors, and puts forward the corresponding strategy.This paper mainly discussed from five aspects: first, introduction; Second, the meaning of panlong private kindergarten teachers’ professional development; Three, panlong five private kindergarten teachers’ professional development present situation investigation and analysis; Four, it analyzes influence panlong five factors of private kindergarten teachers’ professional development. In view of the current panlong five private kindergarten teachers’ professional development present situation, analyzing the main factors influencing the panlong private kindergarten teachers’ professional development, respectively from the aspects of social government, kindergarten management, multi-angle analysis of the preschool teachers’ own three aspects affect the panlong five factors of private kindergarten teachers’ professional development. Fifth, put forward to promote panlong five private kindergarten teacher professional development strategy. According to the private kindergarten teachers’ professional development problem, put forward the corresponding improvement strategies: 1. The government strengthen the supervision and management, increase the special funds investment; 2. The kindergarten actively to improve their own quality, building the learning campus atmosphere; 3.
